He is a Chartered Management Consultant and a seasoned, results-driven Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing close to two decades of progressive leadership experience across multiple sectors, including energy, manufacturing, financial services, and technology.

With a Master's degree in Project Management and a portfolio of globally respected certifications including PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), and Agile credentials including CSM, CBAP and SAFe SSM, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, strategic foresight, and practical innovation.

Over the course of his career, he has led high-performing Project Management Offices (PMOs) for global institutions such as British Petroleum, MasterCard, UK National Grid, GSK, British American Tobacco, PRINCES Group, SBM Offshore, Bentley Capgemini and Hitachi Rail. His expertise lies in PMO set-up and maturity development, enterprise-wide planning, risk and change management, stakeholder engagement, and governance frameworks.

Currently, he serves as the Executive Director, Business at Hybrid Group Nigeria, a leading Health, Safety, and Project Management consultancy, where he oversees strategy, operational delivery, and business development with a focus on sustainable growth.

His leadership journey began in student advocacy, where he served as the National President of the Student Chemical Society of Nigeria (SCSN), an umbrella body representing all chemistry students across Nigeria's universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education. His two-year tenure, unprecedented in its continuity, was a testament to visionary leadership and stakeholder unification.

Beyond the professional sphere, he co-founded the Fola Ayo Kongi (FAK) Foundation, an NGO initiative birthed alongside his wife, where they have successfully carried out medical and foodstuff outreaches benefitting over 400 individuals in Ibadan, and sponsored the education of several underprivileged children at both primary and secondary school levels.

He is also the author of “Project Management Career Growth: Advancement and Strategies”, and has had the honour of training over 5,000 individuals globally in Project Management and Health & Safety.

Above all, he is a family man. He is blessed to share life with his wife, Fola Kongi (nee Adigun from Popo Yemoja), a brilliant chartered accountant, and together they are raising their beloved children in the fear of God, integrity of heart, and the pursuit of purpose.
